1999 S600 V12All records from new, including purchase.This is one of the last 600s to be delivered to North America.I’ve heard there were a total of less than 20 1999’s delivered.It’s a 2 owner car, but in my immediate family since it was purchased new in 1998.4 keys (2 remote, 1 spare, 1 valet) I bought a new plastic case for one of the remotes.Recent Larger Repairs Since 1999 totaling over $7,000New Engine and transmission MountsNew Heater control valve, blower motor and resistorNew TiresAll bushings and control arms replacedRecent comprehensive service and transmission serviceTransmission rebuilt Driver’s side door check replaced. I have the passenger’s side replacement unit as well but have not installed it yet.I have some new headlamp trim/seals I’ve not installed yet either.Instrument cluster has been switched to LED lighting and I have chrome trim rings for the gauges but have not installed them.The paint is faded and oxidized in spors. I tried to repaint the roof myself, but it will need to be done professionally. At this age, the car would really benefit from a full respray, I just never got to it as I was focused on mechanical restoration first, before cosmetics.Front Seats will need to be reupholstered eventually. I’ve had them patched/re-dyed but the will need some attention. The air system in the front seats will need to be gone through as well. I’m not sure if there’s a leak in a bladder, or an air hose.PSE system just started working intermittently (trunk fuse reset works)Rear head rests non-operationalCrack in the front bumper1 set of RCA cables to the amp needs to be replaced. I have a splitter on it for sound to come out of all the speakers, but there’s no fader with the setup as it is currently.Sunroof needs adjustment/repair.
