1999Panoz AIV Roadster I am proud to offer for sale a 1999 Panoz AIVRoadster with only 3,022 original miles and has been registered in Florida to thesame owner for the past 15 years. This car has always been garage kept. This is an incredibly rare open wheel Americancar. This car has been garaged kept its whole life and its’ condition level is asyou would expect for a super low mileage collector car. The AIV featured an engine sourcedfrom the Ford Mustang SVT Cobra. This was one of the 4.6-liter modular V-8engines, with DOHC and 4 valves per cylinder, generating 305 horsepower and 300ft-lb of torque. The AIV was offered only with a 5-speed manual transmission,again from the SVT Cobra. This combination was good for a 0-60 time of 4.3seconds, a quarter mile time of 13.5 seconds, and a top speed of 140 mph. Just 176 production examples (plus 6prototypes) of the AIV were made from 1996 to 1999, so collectors will neverhave more than one or two to choose from at any given time. The research Ihave done suggests that I have by far the most reasonably priced vehicle of anyAIV Roadster on the market today, especially when you consider the mileage,condition, color combo and ownership history.
