Vehicle Details Car quit running would not restart. Towed to mechanic, they found the PCM (power control module) aka ECU (electrical control unit) "fried" the google research they did showed the alternator on the 1999 year cars was known to do this. I stopped when they said if we send it and can rebuild we can proceed. If not have to buy a new unit. Am available for questions and can send pictures as well as perhaps having my mechanic answer complicated inquiry. I have owned this car for 22 years most of that time it stayed in the garage. It would be a nice vehicle to spruce up and enjoy. Upholstery in the passenger seat and perhaps drivers seat. Garage in Savannah, GA. Hot and humid. Cat would sleep on top of the convertible top and the seam has let go. So upholsterer needed for that. The ebay site lists weekend driver which was checked meaning short around town trips. It died and I had it towed to the mechanics shop. It is not running now and will need to be towed to your mechanic to evaluate and fix.
