Ok 1999 lincoln, it has issues most of which i took care of. It has a differant engine in it. I did not put it in. Thats why the title was red flagged. The odometer is just fine wasnt touched. Also the 3 previous owners were out of state. I have a new conn title in hand. The car is old, in desent shaoe for its year. Put some money into it or part it out. Ither way is good.
