Enjoy the summer while you still can with this gorgeous Jaguar Xk8! Up for sale is my personally owned and highly collectable, and gorgeous 1999 Jaguar XK8 Convertible in a beautiful color combination of anthracite black and Tan interior, with only 68,000 beautifully maintained miles on the power train I have owned this outstanding luxury vehicle for over 2 years now and it is the pinnacle of a Elegantly Style Convertible with both magnificent styling and performance. I have this car at my business in Connecticut now and spent one season garaged in New York and the rest of the time it was garaged in Florida. This car has been maintained throughout its life, with all Jaguar Service done at a Jaguar Certified Shop , and this dealership’s main Jaguar Trained Mechanic owned it for over 7 years and actually did most of the maintenance himself where the car was located on Long Island. The only reason I am selling this car is that due to Connecticut weather and loss of my Northeast Storage I cannot enjoy more than 10 days and nights a year with the top down, and transporting the car to Florida every year back and forth is over $2,000 yearly in the height of the season, so I am reluctantly selling this beautiful car because of cost and enjoyment factor. Most recently a new Battery was installed, a complete brake job was completed with rotors calipers and pads, and all fluids were changed and a major tune up was completed including both 02 sensors. There are no check engine lights on, and no leakage of any fluids anywhere on the car. The entire power train is exemplary of this Jaguar and has tremendous acceleration and shifting and all electronic accessories, radio and climate controls work in every way shape and form work on this marvelous automobile. The power train both engine and transmission were replaced by a Jaguar Certified Salvage Yard parts with 64k on her in November of 2020 and I have only done about 5,000 miles or so on her and I have all the paperwork on tis swap which was almost $6,000 as I intended to use this car for several years. The tires are Continental Contacts and have approximately 95% tread life left and they sit on beautiful stock Jaguar XK Wheels. I have the Chrome Jaguar Wheels as well and as pictured but the new owner will have to pay another $1000.00 if they want them to go with the car, and they sit on good tires with about 45% tread left on them The Jaguar Chrome rims in good condition alone go for $2500 with tires, and this way you can have a winter set and a summer cruising set. The entire suspension was upgraded with all new shocks, linkages, power steering pump, and tie rods all within the last 4,000 miles. The interior is in good shape, as the driver’s seat has some very minor abrasions as does the passenger seat, but on a whole no rips or tears and with a good detail and leather treatment the leather will be brought back to its original mint luster. The body and paint on this car for the most part for a 21 year old car and 138,000 miles is excellent. The car has a beautiful Convertible soft top which is in pristine condition, and the convertible top works perfectly. The car is located in Connecticut now, and I have used this car with the top up and down many times, and it works flawlessly and without issues. All the hydraulics and other mechanism that are associated with the cars top have all been maintained. The car has no rust anywhere on her and no rust on her undercarriage, but has a very slight push in the passenger quarter panel and a deep scratch and impression in the rear bumper. Every electronic function works on this car including all windows, Lights, Beautiful Stock Jaguar Stereo Cassette and CD Changer, Climate Controls Wipers, Power seats , both driver and passenger and every accessory the car came with. This car can be picked up now and driven anywhere in the USA needing nothing and the car has a clean title that can be readily transferred to the new owner. I am letting her go with NO RESERVE!
