I am happy to answer any questions, or take more photos for you. Vehicle Details 2 owner, 1999 Isuzu VehiCROSS, Ironman Triathalon Edition. This is a clean, great driving SUV. It's been my wife's daily driver for the past year. It again, just past Virginia's safety and emmisions tests. I would trust driving this across country with no issues. The original owner sold the vehicle at 109k miles, and it appears they took great care of it. It spent those years of it's life in North Carolina. Due to age, we have had to replace a few wear and tear parts, and have addressed the common VehiCross issues that appear as these get older. I have most, if not all of those receipts. We put new tires on it on 10/10/20. They are BFG Advantage T/A Sport LT, with the severe service winter designation. The timing belt, water pump, and tensioner were replaced at 111, 224 miles. We added a Curt class 3 Hitch, but have never used it. We installed a back-up camera, and JVC single din stereo with camera monitor. The camera is activated by a factory style switch on the dash, so it can be turned on and used anytime. We also installed a magnetic cell phone holder to the left of the steering wheel, and a removable cup holder in the center console. The original steering wheel leather was worn, we still have it, but have not had it recovered yet. In the meantime, we put on a nice and similar wheel from a newer Isuzu Axiom. It has a Storm Trooper vinyl wrap over the black hood insert. This is easily removable, and I'm including a picture of the black panel under the wrap. Being the Ironman Triathalon edition, it had the aging decals on the exterior. We had those scanned and reproduced, and will come with the vehicle. I also took pics and measurements of their original locations. Another addition, we installed a McNally oil catch can breather. Other owners complain about oil consumption, or blow-by, but we have not experienced either, or noticed any accumulation in the catch can. So it has been unnecessary, but it's there. Here is a list of other parts we have replaced: 4 new shocks, KYB MonoMax, we have the originals available, if you want to have them rebuilt. Left front brake caliper rebuilt, and new RayBestos Element 3 pads on all 4 corners. The ABS controller was rebuilt by Automotive Scientific. I replaced both lower intake gaskets, all the fuel injector seals, the fuel pressure regulator, and fuel filter. The EGR valve was cleaned. And a new PCV and seal were installed. The right bank catalytic converter and both right bank O2 sensors were replaced. Both left and right interior door handle/pulls are new from Japan. Both left and right window regulators are new from Japan. One of the coil packs was replaced with a new Hitachi pack, and all 6 spark plugs were replaced with NGK plugs. Both left and right outer CVs were replaced. All the fluids have been changed. The rear differential has an original working Limited Slip unit. The heater blower motor and resistor were replaced. There are only two issues I have not addressed. One, there is a rattle coming from the upper right side exhaust pipe heat shield. It doesn't bother me, but my wife complains about it. And second, there are signs of a PS fluid leak. That said, I have not seen the fluid level drop since replacing one of the hoses. We paid $10k for the vehicle a little over 1 year ago, because we wanted the nicest one we could find. After all the money we spent on replacing worn parts and upgrades, I feel like this is one of the best, YOU will find on the market. The reserve is less than what we originally paid. We are only selling because my wife decided she wanted to go back to a car with a manual transmission, and a turbo. So after 7 years, she bought another Subaru WRX to replace the VehiCross. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I am available to show the vehicle almost any time. Images Exterior Interior Engine Created on the Motors app
