Vehicle description

Hello, I have a very nice condition 1999 Corvette Fixed RoofCorvette for sale. These are becomingpretty rare as the production numbers were lower than any other variation ofthe Corvette produced at the time. Blackon Black with the six speed manual. Irecently purchased this car from a good friend who has owned the car since2009. He is a car guy and alwaysmaintains cars he owns. (I am still waiting to receive the title back from the state as they are behind due to covid. They did present me with paperwork showing ownership which I can send to any bidders. Hopefully it will be in my mailbox before the end of the auction. If not I will provide a bill of sale and sign and send as soon as it arrives. My feedback will hopefully rest any concerns or happy to visit over the phone regarding it). Below is someadditional information on the car. Please let me know if you have any questions at all as I am happy to answer them. I realize there is a good chance this is being purchased sight unseen so I want to be as transparent as possible. Thanks! 1999 Corvette FRC Fixed Roof Coupe Pretty much stock with exception of the upgraded wheels(year 2000), brake vents, and exhaust. A great driverexample that shows very well! No signsof any paintwork. 6 speed manual transmission. This would be an amazing road trip car thatwill get you almost 30 mpg and do it in style. The Hardtop is pretty rare and chances are you won’t see another on yourtrip. It just sets it apart from many ofthe other C5"s on the road. Pleaselet me know if you have any questions! Thanks! Exterior: The black shines up well with the normal wear and tearexpected in a car with this age. Somerock chips on the front bumper and from scraping do to low height, also acouple stress cracks in paint on hood corner (photo included), but no major scratches, dents, door dings, ect. As you know it’s hard to hideimperfections with black and this really does look shine up well. The wheels look to be ingood condition with usual imperfections due to the age. They are from the 2000 corvette which many think look better than the 1999 wagon wheel. Exhaust tips I believe are stainless and cleaned up pretty well. Tires will get you through the season, but Iwould look to replace them next summer. Interior: The interior is in really nice condition for its age. The leather has no major rips or tears andthe side bolsters have held up well. Carpet is in good condition without signs of fading or stains. The dash and side panels all look nice. The is a small trim piece missing in the driver’sdoor handle which you have to look for to notice. The glass all looks great with no cracks ormajor chips. The car has not been smokedin. Recently serviced AC so it blows very cold. Overall, very nice condition interior. Electrical: Everything seems to work as it should. No warning lights. Cruise control does occasionally shut off dueto sensor on the adjustable brake pedal. I am looking into this now and hope to have repaired before thesale. All lights work as they shouldincluding cool flip up headlamps! Keyfob functions. Wiper motor was recently replaced. Only one keyunfortunately. Drivetrain: Starts and runs great! Clutch feels very good to me. Brakes work as they should. You can tell this car was well maintained. Goes down the road straight and drives as itshould. Everything seems to be functioning well. In summary this is a very nice example of the low productionFRC Corvette. A reliable sporty car thatgets great gas mileage for a sports car. This is a great driver car that has a great presence with the Hardtoproof. Please let me know if you have anyquestions. Thanks!
