About this vehicle This 1998 Mercedes-Benz SL500 is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle runs great and is not regularly driven. Seller"s Notes Good car Vehicle Details Excellent car. I am the 3rd owner. I bought it from the second owner and I knew her personally. I just don’t drive it. Last I drove it was on a 6 hr round trip in April of 2020. It did fine. It has 62,000 miles +or- It has had the convertible top replaced by coach craft in Lexington Ky. It has newer tires. Newer battery. I have all the original paperwork and radio that came with the car. It can be reinstalled if you want. Nothing was cut to have it in stalled. The 2 owner installed it with a company in Lexington Ky. It is very nice Bluetooth. Sounds much better than the original receiver. The items that do not work are the following. The anti flip mechanism on the passenger side door mirror. One flood light bulb on drivers side. I believe a code of 731 comes up when it’s started. But goes away. The interior is clean. The white paint is very nice. All convertible top mechanical works fine. It’s not perfect. It is a 1998 used vehicle. Don’t expect perfection. But is better than what I have seen.
