1998 Aston Martin DB7 VANTAGE. Condition is Used, but very good and exceptionally low mileage.
Two owners, the first in CA up to 6,700 miles in 2003 and then the Seller, living totally in Naples, Florida for 17 years.Total miles in Naples Florida approximately 6,900. The car has 5 forward gears all working well and a reverse.
Experian Auto Check is available and shows 83 out of 84 points.
The seller is 90 years of age and is selling because of reorganization of life after wife passed last year. Aston Martin, Jaguar of Naples also state that they will not service older Aston cars because of parts availability. I have since researched the Aston Martin aftermarket and 90% of parts seem readily available at a much lower price.
The car was garaged in an air circulated garage and no Naples mold was ever present.
Declared repairs over past 17 years. !) All gear lever bushings were replaced in 2020, gears change smoothly.I always go into 1st gear before going into reverse. 2) RH window mechanism replaced by Aston Martin in 2019. 3) Engine light goes on intermittently, but engine runs sweetly and holds 6,000 with no problem. Acceleration in 2nd and 3rd gears is superb for fast overtaking. 4)Air bag light is on. Investigated by Aston Martin without a conclusion. 5) The air conditioning was overhauled in 2008 by Aston Jag Advantage in Naples, because A/C needs recharging every year.This problem remains. 6) RH Headlight replaced by Aston Martin in 2019. 7) Tires were changed about 6 years ago. 8) Engine oil has been changed as needed.
The body and red paintwork are in very good condition, (See photographs).
