Vehicle description
For sale is a beautiful manual 1997 Suzuki Sidekick that I absolutely adore but has too much in need of attention for me to care for anymore.
There are tons of great parts on it, and the interior is in good condition. I wouldn"t consider it a usable vehicle in its current form, even though it runs/starts/drives and probably won"t quit doing that for a good while.
The great:
83,000 miles! This is correct - It had two previous owners (my friend and the original owner).
Convertible. Hard-top available as well. May need to grab some extra screws from the HW store to mount
4wd selectable! Wonderfully great in the snow
4x GREAT winter/wet tires on it
Clean interior, many usable parts
hot heat
would go anywhere
Needs attention:
Rusty underbody. Rusty front end.
Disconnected e-brake on one side
Brake need replacement
Oil leak (Front? )
Possible slow coolant leak
While it happily runs it"s not adequate to take on the highway due to the aforementioned issues. If you have to, you should tow it home.
If you have a similar car or your eye on restoring another, this would be a terrific parts car. This ad wil be up a short while before it"s given to another interested party.
