Ill start by saying that never thought this day would come again. I listed this car a year ago and had it sold and backed out. Needless to say the guy was pissed off. I understood but I just was not ready. I"m one of these OCD guys. (Some might call it over kill) ,I assume it just makes me happy. So in the 6 years I"ve owned the car it has been wiped down after every usage, garaged and covered. The motor is as clean as the car and I wipe it down every so often when it appears dusty. the underbody of the car is wiped down every so often also. The car has never been painted though I have grappled with that. it has small rock chips on the front bumper and a slight crack in the paint on the top of the front bumper. I always felt if the car was sold and the bumper painted someone might think the car was in a accident. So I have left it original. I do not have the factory radio. The car has been tastefully lowered and not slammed. You can get two fingers between the top of the tire and fender. I"ve done oil changes once a year and the car has always been allowed to warm and been softly driven until the car is at running temperature and even then never abused. In has never been anywhere near redline and never had a reason to run the car that hard. I"ve never had a problem with it. I have always been surprised that the air conditioner still blows cold. It was recharged a couple years ago in prep to drive down to Santa Barbara. I have most if not all the records on the car. Three years ago rear main seal was done and clutch replaced. The clutch still had a lot of life the main seal went bad likely from all the sitting. when started the car is always driven far enough to allow the oil to get to operational temperature"s, and never for short trips. The top is in perfect condition no tears. The convertible top and rear window are in brand new condition. The interior is in as new condition. No rips and tears driver side seat bolster is in perfect condition. I thought I had interior pics at the time of listing. If interested I will send pics of interior and motor. My guess if your looking you already know a fair amount about the 993s This one has low miles and has been cared for, with that said it is a 8 out of 10 and for a 21 year old car I thing that says a lot.
