Vehicle description
Up for sale is my 1997 Mercedes Benz S500 sedan. The car is the sought after black exterior on black interior. It has only 76,000 miles, and for those actively looking for this car, already know the longevity of this engine and chassis. I recently changed out the whole suspension (shocks and springs) for the front and back with OEM parts. The rear was the most expensive fix. The climate control works flawlessly, and the AC blows cold air. The engine and transmission are strong and shift perfectly and smoothly. The soft close for the trunk and doors works. The exterior is 8/10 with a few scratches and dings along the doors and front bumper crack, and the interior is a 9/10 with a few hairline cracks in the wood. As for rust, the car has a small rust spot around the sunroof, and some beginning to form around the fenders. The hood looks like it was previously painted. Aside from that the car is in excellent condition. The following are the slight modifications I have done to the car:
-18 inch AMG Monoblock Rims with valve and lug locks.
-Gloss black grille
-Clear Depo Side marker lights
-Wood grain steering wheel that perfectly matches the OEM wood
-AMG style pedals
-OEM Rubber all season floor matts
-WALD rep front bumper with yellow fog lights to match OEM fogs in headlight portion
-Bluetooth module for hands free calling and iphone/android music integration. (replaces CD function)
-Limo tinted rear windshield and sun visor area in the front windshield
-Junction Produce VIP curtains in the front in back
-Gloss black vinyl"ed door panels
-Brabus slanted muffler
This car turns a lot of heads, and for good reason. It was the pinnacle of luxury back in the 90"s. Your doctors, rappers, politicians, hooligans, and all your favorite presidents and dictators rode in it. Its features even 23 years later put a lot of the cars on the road to shame today.
