This rare 1997 Lincoln Town Car Cartier Edition is a one-of-a-kind find. It is in excellent condition and has been stored in a garage and meticulously maintained. You will not find a smoother-riding car anywhere. Once you"ve ridden or driven this car you will not want to drive anything else. The 97 Town Cars are sought after due to amazing quality and reliability with many owners reporting well over 200,000 miles on these cars. This car is being listed for a family member who has owned the car since 2001 and is the car"s second of 2 owners. (Three owners are listed in the AutoCheck report- this was due to a tranfer to an estate in order for the car to be sold; the first "two" owners were actually the same family.) The car is located in Columbia Station, Ohio, a southwest suburb of Cleveland. Visual inspections of the car are encouraged if you live in the Ohio area. This car is in impeccable condition for its age and has 49,300 original miles. The body is spotless and black cloth Cartier roof trim is in excellent condition. Please refer to photos to see interior and exterior condition. The light gray leather seats look new and hardly used. Smoke free. Everything is functional. Cassette player is included as well as a harness in the trunk for a CD player. There are 2 minor issues. The first (see third from last photo), is the liner material under the hood. It is torn in a small area but is easily repaired. The second, (see second to last and last photos) is the driver side mirror. The defogger on the mirror does not work, but a new replacement mirror was purchased but never installed and is included with the purchase of this car. Tires are in good condition with just over 7K miles on them. This car has much to offer someone who wants affordable, reliable and luxurious transportation. There is a low starting bid on the car and a very reasonable reserve price.
