I am looking to fully built proof one so i would rather start with a ragged out one instead of tearing down a perfect hummer. So need to sell it and let go down the road so someone else can have fun with it. It has ctis and yes is a civilian version. It was not installed after it was factory like this. Runs and drives liek a hummer and was serviced before was put away for winter and probably only put 300 miles on new oil change. HAs 38.5 on it.
