Vehicle description
Ford F250 Heavy Duty 2wd 351 V8 Fuel Injected, automatic, 12/1997 shop truck. Here"s the rundown.
Engine replaced and rebuilt with now just over 30,000 miles, see pics. Odometer reads 379409
Transmission checked out and replaced solenoids at local transmission shop with receipts.
Front end rebuilt 15,000 miles ago along with the correct center link. Front alignment also done at Goodyear
Nito Terra Grappler LT265/75R16 with plenty of tread on 8 lug steelies.
Leveling kit installed about 2 years ago.
New headlights and taillights installed 6 months ago.
Brakes replaced 2,000 miles ago.
Fuel injectors removed cleaned, replaced spark plugs, distributor, cap and new wires last week.
A/C blows cold and heat hot.
Bench seat in good shape along with vinyl floor.
All lights and gauges in working order.
Toolbox and trailer hitch.
Dual fuel tanks that work properly.
I am selling because I have 3 vehicles and need to downsize. I drive this about 150 miles a week to work at 70-75 mph with no shakes or vibrations.
Now the bad.
Has a small oil leak in the front seal I believe, never have to add between oil changes I do every 3000 miles without fail. The dash pad is cracked as normal old fords. Other than that all is good.
This truck has dents and scratches and plenty of character and stories behind it. Just a cool truck!
