207,600 miles. Cummins Diesel engine. 4 wheel drive. 12 valve. Automatic. Banks exhaust. K and N air filter. 8 ft bed. Foldup bench seat in the back of the cab. I have all records and receipts of repairs done for the past 6 years of ownership, 90,000 miles. Lots of new parts all around. Truck starts and runs well. I have replaced and repaired alot, so now you dont have to.
Kdp was done by first owner.
Ive added some manual valves and a re route of hoses under the hood. This is a solution to getting air in either fuel system. You have a way to open one valve to clear the air and prime the fuel pump or a way to manually pump fuel backwards through the fuel system and to the tank to clear the air. Excessive air can happen if you fully drain a fuel filter to clean the housing, which i do with the veg oil filter housing occasionaly.
2200 inverter under the center of the front seat. Two outlets on it. 5th generation wheel set is on it, previous owner did that. I do not have the tailgate for it anymore.
Tow package. Frame mounted 2 inch hitch. Wired. Brake energizer in the cab.
This has a wvo/svo/wmo kit installed. You can just use it for a secondary diesel system though if you dont want to save money. It gets the same power and same mpg as the diesel. That has everything to do with proper heat and a flawless fuel pump. Cant say enough about WVO DESIGNS.
The last 90,000 miles have been mostly on waste vegetable oil. WVO. It has a Golden Fuels Systems kit on it. 60 gal fuel tank in the truck bed thats only a foot in depth. You can still fit a ladder rack and camper shell on the bed. Heated fuel filter on the veg oil tank. Insulated hose by hose veg fuel line heating. So the coolant hoses are wrapped and run next to the veg oil fuel hoses. In tank coolant coil to heat the veg oil tank. Fuel sender in the tank. Extra coolant booster pump to make the coolant lines to the tank not strain the stock water pump. I have installed the best fuel pump on the market. WVO designs, pressure regulated pump. The pump is used for both diesel and veg oil. Pillar guages show both fuel systems temperature and both fuel sytems filter restrictions so you know when to change a filter. The veg oil fuel tank guage is on the pillar. There is a single toggle switch next to the o/d off button to switch from diesel to veg oil as well as to "purge" the veg oil from the engine when you need to shut the truck off for the night. The purge is on an adjustable timer and is set to purge and return to diesel fuel in about 28-30 seconds. I usually park, purge and hold the pedal at 1200 rpms and that is all it takes to be back on your diesel system. The valves and wiring is under the hood along with the pump. I have an extra drop in racor filter and 120 volt pump for on board filtering. Pull up to veg oil there is a 15 ft hose through the floor of the truck bed with a pre screen on the tip. Plug electrical in for the pump and filter directly into tank. Drop in elements are 8 dollars, many different micron ratings with water block material. I usually use a 10 micron there and my oil sources have always been reliable to not have water. So the water block aids in moisture removal. The veg oil fuel systems works flawlessly. I have converted several other vehicles as well. The veg oil filter lasts thousands of miles. I use a 2 micron often just to have the cleanest fuel, and that one will clog after 6k miles on it. Diesel filters are usually 10-16 micron.
