1997 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 K1500 Z71 OFFROAD Old Body Style (OBS) These are so popular now in any condition, much less one LIKE THIS ONE! It has miles, but I have seen VERY FEW trucks that leave me scratching my head as to how it got to the mileage and be in this great shape. It has been obviously cared for from day one!
Truck Story: ONE OWNER, it was bought new from a local Chevrolet Dealer, was operated and kept here its entire life. Garage kept. I bought the truck from the original owner that does not drive any longer. It was originally going to one of my employees, but after seeing it he realized it was literally too nice for him to use for a daily work truck and he would "hate to beat it to death." So we found him an old squarebody Chevy Truck to use instead. Well here I am with an extra truck that I don"t need at all. Frankly it is too nice to let it sit around, so I am offering it for sale. I cannot begin to explain to you the fantastic condition of this truck. Not a spot of rust or corrosion on the truck. Some little scratches here and there as expected, It has been repainted once from what they said (I assume about the same time the custom hood was installed), Suspension is smooth, steering is smooth, Air Conditioning works very well, windows tinted, windshield is nice and not at all pitted, the factory stepside bed is clean and nice and looks terrific even under the bedmat! All interior 12V receptacles work, cupholders, unused ashtray is clean, even the actual cigarette lighter works. Runs great, shifts great, rides great, wouldn"t hesitate to drive it anywhere!
Work Just Performed: New Radiator, New Alternator, New, Battery, (4) Brand New Dick Cepek rail Country EXP M/T Radials (mounted on older American Racing Alloy Wheels) Oil service s complete, Steering Gearbox, Idler Arm, Pitman Arm, Sway Bar Links, Serpentine Belt and Idler Pulley, Front Disc Pads and Rotors.
Equipped with: Custom Magnaflow Dual Exhaust, Bed Mat, Custom Updated Leather Interior Seating and New Headliner, Cowl Hood Assy, Everything works on the vehicle, windows, locks, etc Normal wear and tear as to be expected with any used vehicle, but is very clean, no odors, shows very well.
