2 owner 1997 Chevy S10. I bought this truck from Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet in 1999, where it was originally owned by the dealership"s body shop manager. The truck was a special order vehicle with unique features. 4.3 V6, automatic trans, ZQ8 sport suspension package, factory bucket seats with center console and console shifter. This truck has always been a NC truck. The only rust anywhere on the truck is the surface rust shown in the bed. The truck was painted at Town and Country Ford in Charlotte NC in 2018 and has been garaged since. Axalta base coat/clear coat was used. This is a proper factory style paint job, not a back yard garage paint job. In 2016 the truck went through a mechanical overhaul. New: upper and lower control arm bushings, balljoints, sway bar bushings and end links, tie rod ends, C5 Corvette front calipers and rotors, wheel bearings, Blazer rear disk conversion, GM rebuilt 4L60E trans with Transgo kit, Corvette servo, 2000 5.3 Vortec engine with CT525 cam, Sanderson headers, genuine GM C4 Corvette wheels, Cooper radials (rears have been since replaced within the last 500 miles). 3.42 rear gear with factory limited slip. The truck has had 10,000 miles put on it since the overhaul. I daily drove it for a while. All of the AC components are there, but you"ll need to have lines made and charge the system. Sorry, I"m not interested in getting the AC working, I"m building a house and I have enough on my plate. This truck is really nice, but is not perfect. Yes, the truck is fast, but you won"t be out running GT500s. It is a great cruise in truck that can be daily driven is you are inclined to do so. It sounds great and garners lots of attention when I drive it. I welcome serious buyers to look at the truck in person, there is nothing to hide. I"ve owned the truck since 18,000 miles. It has never been wrecked and has never had body work other then the factory quality respray a few years ago. I am selling because I"ve literally only driven the truck a dozen times in the last 10 months.
