Finally time to sell my cherished Wagon. I have four cars and am longer driving it as much. I searched for some time to find a clean manual version of this car and finally found this one; I purchased it from the original owner two years ago in southern New Jersey to have as a commuter car to drive from MA to NYC for work. It never gave me a problem. He was 87 and serviced it at the local dealer regularly, always stored it in his garage and never drove it in snowy weather. Body and paint are all original and are near perfect, absolutely no rust. Exterior is finished in "Turbo Red Metallic" with dark grey leather interior. 245,000 miles. (I"ve out 60k on in two years) Car is very well equipped, nearly every factory option available- and I"ve made sure everything works as it should: power windows, heated power mirrors, power door locks, power heated leather seats, sunroof, onboard computer (mpg, distance to empty, ambient temp, so on.) Premium sound system with cassette player. Automatic climate control, AC and heat function as they should. Third row jump seat, deck lid R-style spoiler, Roof rack and cross bars, trailer hitch, and euro style fog lamps. Never smoked in. Car is completely stock, never modified or abused. It gets quite a few compliments.
As to be expected of a nearly 22 year old car- there are some very slight imperfections and I will try to explain as many as possible:
Slight ripple/dent in rear hatch (see pic)
Small imperfection in front bumper (see pic)
Some very small scratches and door dings here and there (nothing major)
May need an exhaust hanger as at times it will rattle when at Idle.
Cruise control can be finicky.
Passenger side mirror glass has a crack (still functions/is adjustable)
Driver seat bolster has some slight wear.
Other than that car is very solid. Pictures say it all. It runs very well, doesn"t leak or burn any oil. Brand New Battery, front and rear brakes replaced within the last 6 months as well as both front ball joints. These cars are becoming harder and harder to find in this condition; they don"t make them like this anymore. Car will be sold with 15" wheels as shown in last picture.
