This 1996 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet is finished in Schwarz (L741). The cabin is upholstered in cashmere and black partial leather (LC) and is equipped with eight-way adjustable heated front seats, cruise control, and a factory Becker-Porsche CR-210 CD radio. The driver’s seat adjuster cables were replaced recently. The turn signals do not always self-cancel, and there is some minor wear is visible on the emergency brake handle.
The power-operated black convertible top works perfectly and the boot in great shape. The 17″ wheels are fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 tires measuring 255/40 at the rear and 205/50 at the front.
Factory instrumentation includes a centrally-mounted 7,800-rpm tachometer and a 180-mph speedometer, as well as an analog clock and four auxiliary gauges. 87k miles are shown.
The air-cooled 3.6L flat-six is equipped with VarioRam, and was rated at 282 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to all four wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle and an all-wheel-drive system. The car has recently received a new air pump, an oxygen sensor, a valve cover gasket, OEM spark plug wires, an oil and filter change, and cleaning of the secondary air injection system. Over $7k in recent service done so next owner does not have to!
