DOES NOT COME WITH THE SLICKS I SOLD THEM AND IS NOT A WS6 JUST USED CERTAIN KEY WORDS FOR SEARCH PURPOSES
Hi Im selling my 1996 Trans Am T-Top Automatic with a CLEAN TITLE and tags up to date. Car is super loud has a 3inch exhaust Y pipe with resonator dumped before the rear axle. Interior is super clean, leather has no rips headliner is perfect, the A/C and heater works. Car will sit in traffic idle and run with the AC. I bought this car from my neighbor he spent over 4k at a shop in engine work removing the heads and putting in a cam but the day he got the car back it had to much power for the original stock trans and he blew the 3rd gear out which is common on these 4l60e trannys. He had no money left to fix it plus was discouraged so I bought the car off him and rebuilt the tranny with all brand new upgraded parts. It has a transgo shift kit now with all new clutches-bearings-Corvette servo-heavy duty Sunshell-new wiring harness-pressure switch. I pretty much went through it like I was going to keep car. The shifts are perfect, so nice and firm now very fun car to drive not going to lie it will put a huge smile on your face it just sounds awesome with the cam and headers. Selling because its basically a cop magnet and where I live is quiet and my neaighbors in my HOA have complained and now I got warnings which will result in fines. The car is very straight but the paint is peeling in certain areas with a few small dings on quarter panels nothing major though the rest of car is fiberglass doors and fenders so no dents there. The interior is in very very nice shape no rips and headliner is in amazing shape. Car has no major issues just what I described. Starts up everytime and takes off like a bat out of hell. Sorry I sold the slicks so they are NOT INCLUDED. Clean title up to date tags, car will obviously not pass California smog due to exhaust mods so please dont ask why. I have a guy that knows how to pass if you need it done. I have a dual flowmaster exhaust system that is included with stainless steel rectangle tips and 3inch to 2.5inch tailpipes.NO RADIO and the dashboard pad is cracked but is removable and ebay has them for $150 besides that and the paint not being perfect the car is all there. All lights heater and AC controls work. There are dash lights on the cluster illuminated and most likely due to the exhaust system I did scan the car but no codes came up so thats something you would have to figure out. The AC compressor was replaced a year ago I know because I have receipts that were given with car.
RECENT UPGRADES JUST PERFORMED WITH 10 MILES ON THEM
Rebuilt heads with Howard valve springs,timing chain,ARP head studs,LS7 lifters,Mr Gasket .026 head gaskets high compression 10:7:1.
Transmission had complete rebuild with performance clutches,bearings,drum,pump,sunshell,band,TransGo shift kit,Corvette servo.
Cammed with 230/236 Cam so it idles loppy and sounds like a race car but does not have any problems running and idles perfect even with the AC on.
Pacesetter creamic coated long tube headers with EGR delete.
Opti spark T55 plugs.
New water pump.
New starter.
THINGS CAR NEEDS
Top dash pad is cracked Ebay has them for $150.
Tires are old and miss matched but hold air with no leaks.
1 rim is different looking than the others but all 16inch.
