Dark Gray & Light Gray 2 tone leather interior. Suede Interior Ceiling.
The S600 has a Extended Body And The Rear Seats Recline. I bought the car from a Chicago dealer in 2002 for 65k and I did the following to the car, a year later. Authentic Lorinser Body Kit, bought from Authorized Dealer shipped from Germany and consists of: Lorinser Front Bumper with Fogs, Rocker Panel Side Skirts, Lower Fender Side Air Damn Molding & Rear Bumper, Cost me at the time $15,000 in raw form & $10,000 to put it on at one of the most prestigious body shops in Michigan. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my Mercedes and times were different back then with aftermarket parts. Lorinser Exhaust also imported from Germany cost $10,000 & $1000 installation. Lorinser D93 20” Wheels in good condition not perfect, I bought them used at the time for $4000 & they were going for like $8,000 then. 265/35/20 Dunlop Tires All Around.
Also Lorinser illuminated door sills, glow on the bottom of the door jamb when door is open, front & rear and cost $400 at the time installed. Lorinser rear trunk Badge $40 For the headlights, it was a nightmare at the time because the car didn’t have HID’s and I believe they didn’t get them until the 99 year Sedan and the last year of the W140 body style. I had to buy new Bosch housings, new Bosch HID glass and find a 8000k blue hue kit which were hard to come by back then. All in all it cost me about $5000. Front Clear Corner turn signals, cost $200. 1999 complete tail lights & center trunk light, bought from the dealer, cost $800. I also repaired multiple parts on the car from a $500 radio antenna to mechanical stuff at the Mercedes Dealership and have over $120,000.00 in the car. I listed the year and the prices because all the stuff was 100% authentic and quality stuff that was hard to come by & better then the cheaper products that are sold today. Also Craigslist was not around and didn’t carry any of the parts I wanted for this vehicle back then. Suede Ceiling, Wood Grain Steering Wheel, Wood Grain Accents, Premium Sound System with CD Changer, Heated Leather Seats, Power Folding Side Mirrors, Old Style Cell Phone, Dual Climate Control, Rear Climate Control, Vanity Mirror In Rear Suede Ceiling, Brand New Floor Mats, New Battery.
The bad when the car sits for awhile it leaks oil but that’s what V12’s of this generation are known for, from Benz’s to Lamborghini"s. Someone scraped the side rear lower door molding and a little over the wheel well on the body, seen in the pictures. It happened at the grocery store with a cart on the rare occasions I take out the vehicle, SMH.
I know I will get nowhere near what was invested, but I’m just testing the waters, Happy Bidding!
