General Information: Chassis Mileage = 220,000 Engine Mileage = 14,000
Engine: Completely rebuilt 4.0 I6, bored 0.030" over. All new Cam, Pistons, Rods, Bearings and Oil Pump. Crank has been polished and re-surfaced, Block and head have been resurfaced and shaved. Complete valve job, push rods and ignition system. New Battery
Intake and Exhaust: Flowmaster Super 44 Muffler, side exhaust on passenger side Custom Snorkel
Transmission: Recently serviced and a new deep pan with drain was installed. Transmission pan leaks
Transfer Case: OEM Transfer Case swapped out with a 242 Select Trac Transfer Case Works however has intermittent linkage issues
Driveshafts: Rear Driveshaft, swapped with longer shaft to account for lift, all new Spicer U-Joints Front Driveshaft, all new Spicer U-Joints
Axles: Dana 35 Rear Axle, recently serviced, new oil and inspection Dana 30 Front Axle, swapped front axle shafts with U-Joint versions from XJ, installed all new Spicer U-Joints, recently serviced, new oil and inspection.
Brakes: Brakes, Rotors, Brake Lines and Front Calipers replaced within the last year. E-brake does not work well
Wheel and Tires: (5) Crager 15" Black Rims (5) 32" Kumho Venture MT (1/2 Tread Remaining)
Suspension: Iron Rock Off-Road 3.5" Lift Springs Iron Rock Off-Road Adjustable Front Track Bar Iron Rock Off-Road Upper Control Arms Front and Rear Rough Country Lower Control Arms Front and Rear Rough Country Rear Shocks (Need to be replaced) Jeep JK OEM Front Shocks (Short for lift and need to be replaced)
Body: Chopped Rear Section with custom bed insert, does not leak Opening/Removable Rear Window Windshield replaced in 2016 Custom built Front Bumper with Stinger Reinforced front bumper supports Custom Rear Bumper with swing out tire carrier (2) KC Daylighters mounted to front bumper (1) 52" LED Light Bar mounted to roof rack
