Vehicle Details This is truly a rare survivor truck! Rust free 96 F-150 4x4, 5.0, Auto. I am the 2nd owner. Sold new at Hansen Ford in Grand Forks, ND. Original owner passed away in '06, wife had the truck but never really drove it, she had her own car. It sat in the garage. Wife passed away in Sept of '21. Son got the truck. He traded this (Dad's) truck in at local dealership along with his truck and bought a new one. I managed to find the truck on the lot within 24 hours of the son trading it in. Actual mileage. I performed a lot of maintenance. Rear differential oil changed with Royal Purple. Transfer case oil change. New fuel filter. New receiver hitch. 7 way RV trailer wiring. New radiator. New plugs wires, cap, rotor, thermostat, temp senders. Transmission flush, new filter, drained torque converter, flushed cooler. New rear overload shocks. Interior is very nice, only one little crack (shown in pic). Truck was used as a truck. Stains on the carpet, seat has a couple small rips/holes but still very supportive and the power lumbar works perfect. Everything works perfect. One small dent above the right taillight. Again the truck was used as a truck, there are some scratches on the paint in different places. Cab corners are perfect. Nothing even bubbling above the rear wheels. New radius arm bushings. Have everything for spare tire. I refuse to put undercoating on the frame to make people think the frame is rust free. EVERY truck has frame surface rust. I have seen maybe 1-2 trucks of this vintage with factory black frame and they had less miles. I will not hide anything. 9.5 outta 10. Possibly trade for rust free 3/4 ton 4x4 gasser. I have been daily driving the truck for the past couple months. So mileage will increase. Look up the value of this truck on Hagerty, excellent condition is $26,600.
