1996 Chevrolet K1500 5.7L Vortec 5 speed Manual Transmission. Truck is 4x4 with a pretty good lift on it (if I had to guess I"d say somewhere between 4-6 inches) with 35 inch tires (LT315/75R16). Tires are a few years old but have a ton of tread left. I"ve owned this truck for about 8 years and have taken good care of it. Any problem that has come up has been fixed. No mechanical issues. No check engine lights or codes. No leaks. I ran a scan tool with live data and engine operation appears to be within all perimeters for the data I am able to view. Since I"ve owned it, I have installed an aftermarket K&N air intake changed the fuel pump, timing chain, water pump, intake manifold gaskets, fuel spider and injectors, ABS control module, wheel speed sensors, distributor, spark plugs and wires, PCV valve, IAC valve, EGR Valve, Purge solenoid, and other odds and ends. Clutch feels good, doesn"t slip, and transmission shifts into all gears smoothly. This has been a great truck that does excellent off road and in the snow. The only bad things here are that the air conditioning doesn"t work, the clear coat is flaking off and there is a pretty good tear in the driver"s seat. Clean and clear Nevada title.
