1995 Toyota Supra Twin Turbo Automatic.
This 1995 Supra Turbo is a true survivor, and the best Christmas gift you could give yourself. With less than 57K miles from new and only 3 owners, this is a very well documented and completely sorted Supra.
Staggeringly original, this Supra maintains VIN etching on every piece of glass. VIN tags are on every panel other than the drivers door which has a "Toyota R DOT" sticker. This means the door was replaced at some time by a Toyota dealer, or authorized Toyota repair facility. Since there are no records of accidents on the vehicle, the dealer installed window etchings are intact, and no records from the original owner that elude to any accident repair, it is assumed the door was damaged in original shipping and replaced before the vehicle was initially sold.
With BPU (basic performance upgrade) modifications this Supra runs, drives, and responds as it did from the factory. . until you step on it. At that point this vehicle makes all the right noises that any 2JZ or Supra fan loves. It pulls clean and smooth, and shifts are quick and positive. The last time the car was on the dyno (with this exact setup) it made a shade over 400rwhp (on a dynojet). Dyno sheets have been misplaced since then but if proof is needed (results are typical for a BPU car) a dyno session can be completed during the course of the auction.
Performance modifications include: Pre-MAF intake Front Mounted Intercooler / polished piping Catless SS Mid-pipe Tanabe Hyper Medallion cat-back HKS SSQV blow off valve AEM Tru-Boost boost controller Turbo system modified for "true twins" AEM wideband EGR delete Boost cut defender (I"m sure I am forgetting something. I apologize)
Cosmetically the car is VERY good but not perfect. The most relevant imperfections on the exterior are as follows: Rock chips on lip/front bumper. 2 dents in the targa top. A few scratches on the rear bumper. Some chrome pitting on the wheels.
Otherwise the paint is glossy and swirl free, especially for mostly factory paint (front and rear bumpers have been repainted years ago due to factory paint fading).
Some exterior modifications have been done (all easily reversible). An aftermarket RMM lip is installed but does have some paint chipping present. The front turn signals have been swapped to the more desirable 97+ units, as have the taillights. At some point a 97+ "turbo" emblem was added to the rear. The "TOYOTA" and Supra script emblems on the rear are the original from the factory.
The interior is mostly original. The factory clock has been replaced with the AEM Tru-boost boost controller/gauge, and the AEM wideband has been installed in the same panel. A full set of original Supra floor mats are included, as is the factory owners manual, and targa top tools. There is some light wear on the center console (near ashtray) as well as on the drivers side window switch panel. All of which is consistent with the current mileage. The HVAC and factory stereo function as designed, including the power antenna. However at this point one of the sound adjustment knobs on the radio is missing as is the cover for the shift lock. The rear hatch carpet, shock tower covers (NLA) are all in great shape. the leather on the seats is clean, wear free, and still pliable as this Supra is always garaged.
Under-hood is impeccably clean. Emissions stickers and hood insulation are intact and in great shape.
This beautiful example of a timeless Supra is accompanied with extensive records since 2008, as well as some records from the second owner (roughly 2007-2008) and the original owner. This Supra has recently been inspected and given a clean bill of health by a well respected Supra specialist. The clean California title is in hand.
