Vehicle description
This is my Dad"s Land Cruiser I am selling. They just don"t make em" like this anymore, but you already know that. It has 227,159 miles.
The vehicle has served us well up here in the mountains at 9200 elevation. We are moving to the south and don"t need a mountain vehicle anymore. This vehicle is located between Blackhawk and Nederland off South Beaver Creek.
I"ll go over the details.
Good stuff: It"s a 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser! You know how good they are. AWD 4x4 works great. We live on Wedgewood. If you know this area, you know it is STEEP. This Cruiser has never once let us down in the winter. This is the 2nd year on the Firestone Winter Force LT"s ($750). They are studded and have 2 winters left in them at least. It comes with its summer tires too. They are Capital Tires All Terrain and still have a summer or 2 left in them as well. They will fit nicely for transport on the trailer hitch rack, which we are throwing in for free. It"s had the front differential replaced 2 months ago. Also. .it"s a Land Cruiser! !
Meh Stuff: The power steering is out. The AC doesn"t work. It leaks oil (we have one of the gaskets that needs replaced, also free). Oil is always checked and kept full, btw. The seat motor is out and they won"t go back. Hard to get the keys to unlock it all the time. Clear coat is coming off in places. It"s missing a fender flare. It needs a new gas filler door.
All these things are easily fixed if that is your kind of thing. That is not our kind of thing though or we would have and fixed them and sold it for a lot more than 5K! We are moving and need to sell by mid June. I doubt it will last that long though. Title is free and clear. Cash or Bank Check only.
