About this vehicle This 1995 Toyota 4Runner is a restomod with updates to the exterior. This is offered for sale by the original owner. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes No lowballers/tire kickers! ! I rode in this car as a baby! This is a very regretful sale. . Im open to offers, but I want her to go to a good home! Vehicle Details 1995 Toyota 4Runner SR5 Limited Edition. Family friends bought it brand new from dealership and serviced it regularly at Toyota Dealership (HAVE ALL ORGINAL PAPERWORK, RECEIPTS AND A CLEAN TITLE). Engine and Transmission were replaced as shown, (around 56,000 miles), due to a factory recall. All work done by Toyota. Sat in garage for 4 years with original owner before my pops bought it.(2 OWNERS TOTAL! Has stayed in the family since it rolled off the lot. .) Since then my pops and I have replaced/repaired/installed the radiator, tires, left CV shaft, both front and rear wheel bearings, both upper and lower ball joints, all brake pads, rotors and drums, rear window motor, Bilstein shocks all round, lifted rear springs, both valve cover gaskets, (however it has started leaking a little oil again), transmission fluid and both shift solenoids (still slips in reverse).(I am an automotive technician by trade so all work is certified). No backyard mechanic harry homeowner stuff. All accessories and power options work except for radio (not broken; works fine just has loose connection. The antenna even still goes up and down like new). Does need new battery, but will run off the alternator. Also has a crack in the sun roof from a tree about 6 years ago, but hasn't leaked so far! Comes with extra parts; oil filters, brackets, hardware, extra ball joint, rear wiper, rear brake repair kit, extra valve cover gasket and end caps, some intake piping, clamps and extra set of spark plug leads. Can also throw in a Totalflow muffler if interested. Any and all enthusiasts know these are hard to find; NOT rusted out or being used for parts. Truck has surprisingly minimal rust despite the climate here, and any major rust has been treated with rust converter. Also has a solid interior for it's age. I used it as my daily for 2 years, was very reliable and has a relatively "recent" safety and emissions inspection. This could technically be used as a daily again with some work as it runs and drives but is more of a project 4x4 or Resto. I have slowly been trying to restore her to her former glory but unfortunately don't have the time nor funds. . My plan was to swap the engine to the JDM 2.4L turbo diesel with a manual, as the chassis is based off of the T100 (Tacoma/Hilux). This would be an amazing overlander!
