Vehicle description
1995 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo OEM midnight purple exterior. Condition is Used.
Not everyday that one of these comes up for sale. Production LP2 "midnight purple" Twin Turbo manual transmission numbers are CONFIRMED TO BE A TOTAL OF ONLY 28 EVER PRODUCED IN 1995! HIGHLY DESIRABLE AND COLLECTABLE! Its also the more desirable OBD1 1995 model year and not the OBD2 1996 model year.
My plan was to do a full restoration of the car, but those plans are no longer feasible. Would like to sell to someone who will give her the attention she deserves. With that being said, let me give yall a list of mods (totaling over $5000.00):
USDM 1995 Original LP2 "midnight purple" TT 5-speed manual 300zx
110k miles
Upgraded JW DBB sport 530 turbos ($2400)
850cc injectors ($500)
3" downpipes and 3" exhaust ($1000)
ACT stage 2 clutch ($500)
SAMCO intercooler hoses ($200)
Hallman MBC ($100)
JW tuned ECU for 850cc/single MAF/93 Octane ($500)
All performance upgrades were performed at SZRpro (formerly Houston Z) and was tuned there on E85 and produced 520-550whp. Is now tuned on 93oct. Any additional info about performance parts can be answered by contacting them. Previous owner had parts installed.
With that being said, the car does have its flaws. Exterior isnt the best, but isn"t that bad either. Has one small dent and some obvious wear and tear, with some areas where the paint is chipping. Would benefit from minor body work and a full respray if you are looking to fully restore the car.
Interior is in good shape, but isn"t everybody"s cup of tea. Has been rewrapped in color matched purple leather.
What the car is: USDM Original Twin Turbo manual transmission LP2 "midnight purple"
FBO with upgraded DBB turbos capable of 500+whp
What the car isn"t: Collectors item quality LP2 (but can be with a little bit of work)
Car has a clean clear Texas title in my name, and is located in central Texas. Car also has a clean carfax reporting one very minor accident in 2014, no major body damage. Car runs, idles, and drives great. Transmission shifts great. Turbos spool up nice and fast. Car doesnt leak any fluids nor burn oil. Leak down test was conducted 1 week ago which shows a perfectly healthy engine! Transmission does have a slight grind occasionally when engaging into 4th gear, seems to be a common issue with these cars and would likely benefit from a full manual transmission oil change to address the slight grind. Absolutely NO RUST on the undercarriage of this beauty! These cars are starting to become collectible and prices have been steadily increasing through the years, and this model is the crown jewel of them all! Message me for videos of the car running, undercarriage video, and a walkaround video.
