Vehicle description
1995 Mitsubishi Pajero Mini 5-Speed Manal VR-II
For sale is my 5-Speed 1995 Pajero Mini. Only selling because I have another one with some modifications that I drive more frequently, and this one is too nice to modify.
I personally imported the vehicle from Japan earlier this year once it became 25 years old. This is the VR-II model, which was the top of line variant, and features a Turbocharged 4-cylinder, with a top mount intercooler fed by a functional hood scoop. It has 163,xxx kilometers, and I"ve added about 2500 of those myself. The underside of the car looks nearly brand new, and it drives great, even compared to new small cars. The body is very straight, no ripples or waves, and only shows a few pin sized dings in maybe 2-3 places. The trim around the roof and windshield has its coating peeling a bit, and the trim around the rear side glass is warping from weather and age. The interior shows well, with some scratching on the door cards, and some sun fading on the seat covers (though the seats are like new underneath). All very minor things that are to be expected from a car of this age.
The Pajero Mini is a full 4x4, much like the Suzuki Jimny, and features a dual speed transfer case with high and low range, and a 2WD neutral. Everything works like new in this system, and has been tons of fun on dirt roads. More capable tires bring these small off roaders alive, but this one sits on it"s stock wheels, with like new knobby Yokohama winter tires for the upcoming season.
All in all, a great example of a capable 4x4 mini-SUV, which is sure to turn heads on and off the road.
Winning bidder required to pay non-refundable deposit of $300.
Chassis code of this car is H56A-0037797, Ebay will not let me include this in the item details. Clean Georgia title in hand.
