This is indeed a one-owner, adult-driven car that has never been in ANY KIND of an accident its entire life! I bought this car new 25 years ago when I was 31 years old. Back in 2014 I began restoring it for my son who was 12 years old at the time, thinking he would become a car enthusiast like me. As he got older he showed no interest in it so it has remained garaged ever since. It has a B16 swap with only 150K miles on it from a "99 Civic Si owned by an adult woman who hit a guard rail one night in the rain. It has a JL Audio "Stealth Box" (pair of sub-woofers inside of it) and brand-new JL Audio amp for it behind the seats that I never got around to hooking up. I"m sure it will sound awesome to the next owner though! Everything else on the car works as it should. I also just put on a brand new set of fully-adjustable (adjust the car height as low as you want it) "TEIN Flex Z" coil-over shocks, made in Japan. Now for braking, the Wilwood setup is awesome! All four tires have about 90% tread remaining and all are wearing evenly across. Almost every single area of this car has been meticulously gone over in extreme detail. . .way too many things to list here! The car has been pampered all its life and is entered into parades every year now. And starting this year, it even qualifies for Antique plates!
