1995 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta 12,208 miles,6 speed manual trans, black exterior with tan interior, I am the 2nd owner, all original books, tool kit, car cover, new tires, 2012/1500 miles since engine out major service, compression test excellent, recent service, no sticky parts, no dash shrinkage, the car has minor imperfections, I"ve never had the car on a track and is only driven to the local car shows, the car is from a collector and would be a perfect survivor for a collector. This is a used car and therefore is sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied. A $500.00 immediate, non-refundable deposit/down payment with an additional $500.00 non-refundable deposit/down payment is required within 24 hrs upon purchase (removing the car off the market for any reason). A total $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit/down payment. A total of 5% non-refundable deposit/ down payment is required within 24 hrs once an inspection has been performed. If an inspection is waived, then the total of 5% is due 48 hrs after purchased. Balance due within 7 days. Terms and manor of payment will be mutually agreed upon. A pre-purchase inspection is at buyer"s discretion and expense. The inspection must be performed within the 7 days after down payment/ deposit is received.
