Vehicle description

Please read the entire description carefully so you completely understand what you are looking at. The description is very detailed. 1995 Chevy Caprice LT1 Powered Police packaged. These cars are getting very hard to find and there is no doubt it will be the classic police car everybody wants in their collection some day. This is a pretty clean car I bought it in North Carolina, I do not have a past history on it. There is a couple spots of fixable rust (see pictures) but is cleaner then most you"ll find. The rust is in the rear quarters for the most part. I have not had it on the lift to see the complete underneath but at quick glance it doesn"t look horrible. The exhaust is a little loud, I think it seems it just needs the flange bolts replaced between the converter pipes and the mid pipes. Both door mirrors appear to be broken but the are cheap to replace. I don"t think it"s a big deal. But keep in mind it is a 26 year old car and may need more work. Expect that as it is reasonable to say it probably will. New parts installed include: radiator, water pump, timing chain, used but tested factory oem Optispark. The car runs great. The interior is in really good shape. A lot of potential with not a whole lot of work in my opinion. The car runs absolutely awesome, very nice and strong. The transmission won"t shift past 2nd gear. So IT will need transmission work. It goes forward in 1st and 2nd gear then will not up shift any higher. The tires are excellent! A great car to make it the way you want it. It"s a very cheap, complete, factory police package car with a factory posi rear end. There will be a day when these will be impossible to find. It"s already very hard. I do not know the mileage of the car. The odometer part of the cluster does not light up which is common on these cars. The title says 75K but it is not guaranteed but it is list as "not actual". I do have the ability to fix that as I have done it before. Mileage is pretty irrelevant in a great running classic like this.
