Vehicle description
The "BMW M-Power"-identified, 3-liter inline six-cylinder engine is the centerpiece in a clean and complete engine bay. Motor Trend noted: "For "95, the M3 coupe used a 3.0-liter 24-valve DOHC inline-six-cylinder engine. The power plant made 240 horses at 6000 rpm, with max torque coming in at 225 ft./lb at 4250. The car in mention comes out of the bay area of San Francisco . The car was repainted at some stage and not sure when ? shows really well with some pin prick markings on the hood, hardly noticeable, only with close examination - car was waxed about one month ago. New tires on all four wheels which are original but do show various amounts of road rash. Brakes are in excellent condition with a small amount of rotor wear. I had the car at an Indy shop who replaced the clutch pedal and bushings and repaired an exhaust leak. Also had a remanufactured A/C compressor installed to create cold air. The car has been lowered slightly and has coil over in the front shocks. What I did notice was that the power steering pump is a little noisy. There is no smoke at start up whatsoever. The interior shows well with a few markings on the seats and door panels. No dash cracks at all and no dash idiot lights. It appears that the gear shift lever has been shortened for shorter shifts and a new knob installed. The sunroof does not work and the cover was not there so I had to replace it. The interior carpet is in good shape and I installed those mats to enhance the M3 look. The Carfax shows no accident report and does have some service records. The car is mostly original and appears that it has never been abused or raced. The car runs great- tracks straight and everything works as it should besides what"s in the description. There was no spare so I installed in its place an aluminum wheel from an E46 BMW. I have inspected the car to the best of my ability and cannot be held responsible for any latent defects that might appear after purchase. I always suggest that a potential buyer inspect the car in person before bidding or buying. There is no warranty and the car is sold AS-IS. I am in possession of the title. I am a registered and bonded car dealer and if the car is sold in California the buyer will be responsible for paying the taxes and DMV registration and transfer fees. I have an excellent shipping broker that can assist with shipping. If you have any questions, please feel free to either email me or call me at - thanks for looking - Ron
