This is a true 1 owner 325i 1995 Survivor. This car was owned by my father in law who passed away and he had this car in his garage since new. This car was used only in nice weather, the Factory hardtop was removed only a half a dozen times and the power Convertible top is as new. When off the car the Hardtop is stored on it"s own carrier. This is a very desirable triple black car, the paint is all original, has never been wheeled, and shines as new with all factory tags in place. The car was always serviced at Competition BMW of Smithtown since the day it was new. Everything works, the factory stereo was replaced with a nice Pioneer stereo with remote. It has a Police radar chirp speed detector built in. The car is equipped with the following factory options, 3.0 L I6 cylinder engine with 37902 original miles Auto Transmission Power windows, locks, seats, dual heated seats, Power Convertible top Factory Hardtop, alloy wheels, Factory trunk mounted cd Changer Full size spare, Fog Lamps, Auto window up and down (all 4 windows) Leather seating, Leather steering wheel and more! !

There are 3 slight defects that are only being exposed because of how new this car is, 1. Slight scratch on rear bumper, less than 1/3" long 2. Slight scratch on driver door, less than 1/3" long, will probably come out with a wheel 3. About an inch long spot on edge of drivers seat backrest, only noticeable if I showed you, you would never notice it by looking
