This 1995 BMW 318ti is an E36/5 3 Series 3-door compact hatchback had a production date of 07/06/1995 and was purchased new in Seattle, Washington. In BMW terms the “ti” has long stood for “touring international.” Power is from the 1.8L inline-four engine (M42 version) producing 138HP @ 6,000RPM that is paired with a 5spd manual transmission. Recent service includes oil change with full synthetic oil and replacement of all spark plugs. The car shows just above 84k documented miles comes with some early service records, all factory manuals, complete tool kit, and California State title in the seller’s name. A clean CarFax report shows no accident history and a clean title. 3 previous owners were all related (aunt, uncle, niece) with the uncle being a European car mechanic that performed all his own service on this vehicle. Current owner is the 4 th owner. Car has recently passed California Smog testing August 2018. The Bright Red (Hellrot Code 314) paint is believed to be completely original and is shown up close in a few photos. Some photos also highlight various scratches, chips, and other imperfections. Owner notes that the sunroof panel has some oxidation. Very hard to photograph, but visible under certain lighting conditions and angles. Sunroof panel was likely painted separately at the factory. The interior upholstery is black leather (Schwarz P9SW). Other equipment includes a fully functional electric sunroof, cruise control, and multifunction trip computer. All glass has factory logos as shown. Front windshield has a few minor “star” imperfections from road debris. Car comes with 1 master key, 1 valet key, and BMW factory alarm key fob.
