1994 Jeep Wrangler / Yj S. Has been in our family for the past 6 years, In the past 2 Years a lot of upgrades were done to it: Has been lifted on spring over axle (SOA) 2.5 inch springs with 1.5 inch boomerang shackles has been upgraded to ford 8.8 rear with 5.13 gears with a slip yoke eliminator has brand new 35x12.5r15 tires with warranty It"s paint isn"t great it was spray painted for off-roading, this jeep has been used weekly for off-roading in orange county but the time came and i have switched to a truck, it"s been sitting next to my house as I haven"t been driving it.
It has no sway bars in front or back, it does have a single track bar to help stabilize the axle. It is a turn key vehicle it starts up every time, but in the end it is a 27 year old car that does need some items. it needs the front axle re-geared(or upgraded as i had planned) it does need a driver door handle, a waterpump gasket. rear axle needs to be painted as its been stripped and is collecting surface rust, and little TLC here and there. all work was done by me, by which some things just aren"t perfect, you aren"t buying a brand new car you"re looking at almost a 30 year old off-road vehicle that has been used, and built with passion. It will get you A-B and Z with no problems
on the other hand the engine is super healthy, it never had any engine issues in the past 6 years that we have had it in our family, it has a new alternator, waterpump, clutch, flywheel, all brakes and rotors, the ignition rotor, spark plugs and wires, and more, I have a receipt binder with around $7,000 worth of parts that i have installed in the past 2 years.
