1994 Mustang GT convertible with 66,576 miles. Clean CarFax with no accidents or stories. It has been meticulously maintained, never modified, and garage kept by the 2 previous long-term owners. Laser red with saddle convertible top and saddle cloth interior. All imaginable paperwork including original purchase documents, window sticker, all service receipts, and (2) sets of keys/fobs. It was just serviced with motorcraft parts and starts, runs, rides, and stops as good as it looks. I put about 20 miles on it the afternoon when I took these pictures. The oil pressure and temperature are great, clutch action is smooth, it shifts through the gears just like it should and the MACH460 stereo sounds great ???? It is super quiet, torquey, and sits about 2k RPM @ 70-72mph making it the ultimate highway cruiser! I would not hesitate to get in this car tomorrow and drive it to Florida or California. It is currently registered/insured in my name as a collector vehicle (less expensive reg/ins). All body VIN tags are in place and the spare tire has never seen the pavement.
With all of that said – there are a few issues worth mentioning - all of which seem to all be common ailments of the SN95 mustangs (1994-1998) - Convertible top : It is in like new shape but needs a little ‘help’ with one hand from time to time. It doesn’t bother me, so I thought best to leave it up to the new owner.
- Power driver seat : it works and has power but just like the top needs a little input from the occupant. It is not hard to get the seat where you want it and then you are good. Again, it doesn’t bother me, so I thought best to leave it up to the new owner.
- Digital dash clock: It does not work. This does bother me so I have purchased a tested/warrantied OEM replacement which will be installed prior to sale.
This car was originally ordered with the 16’’ 5-star wheels. The original wheels are in near perfect condition with new Mastercraft tires in OEM size. The 17 inch ‘tri spoke’ wheels were available in 94-95 which look better in my opinion. So after months of searching, I finally found a set suitable for the car and bought them. The tires are certainly usable but will need to be replaced in the next 5,000-8,000 miles depending upon how you drive. The above mentioned original 16’’ wheels and tires are included in the sale, if you would prefer them be on the car upon pickup – I am happy to swap them back. Terms of sale - $500 non refundable deposit due immediately through paypal, balance due by bank check, wire transfer, or cash. Vehicle will not leave until payment has cleared. My schedule is super flexible to accommodate pick up in person or transport scheduling.
