*the ABS and Airbag lights have been on since I’ve purchased the vehicle, but there has been no issues. The horn also hasn’t worked and was told that is probably why the airbag light is on.

This is a 1994 vehicle. As it"s current owner, I would recommend being somewhat familiar with engines and automotives.
