RARE "BLACK EMERALD" COLOR
FIVE SPEED MANUAL
100% RUST FREE
ONLY 30K ORIGINAL MILES You have found a really cool and very clean "modern-classic" street machine. This 1994 Nissan 300 ZX is from one of the last few years these were available, 1996 being the end of the "300ZX" model. This car is very special as this "Black Emerald Metallic" color was ONLY available on 1994 models, 1 of 1073 ever produced in this color combination (w/ Tan Leather) and the actual number is likely far less than half of that as they only produced 829 Twin Turbo cars total that year. Now that you have an idea what this car is all about, lets dig into this "actual" car. The car sat for many, many years and was discovered last year in an elderly gentleman"s garage as the estate was finally sold off. The tags on the car expired in 1998 if that gives you any indication of how long this car has been hidden away. This Nissan has a lot going for it, first of all it is a fully appointed car with leather, BOSE Premium Audio W/factory CD, A/C and power seating. Adding to that, it is complete with the original "Z" crested matching floor mats, factory cargo-cover, T-Top inserts (interior sun-shades), T-Top tie down straps in the rear compartment, all owners books and all three original keys including the red, black and "pewter" 300ZX crested keys, a very nice find. Here is the icing on the cake, the car is a 100% corrosion free Southwest 2 owner car that has just 30202 original miles with a clean CarFax and Autocheck history. Aside from the Stillen custom stainless exhaust and the Security system w/keyless entry, this car is all stock with no modifications. That should check all the boxes for anyone looking for a collectible/investment quality 300ZX. Please take the time to read my description below and review the 100 full sized photos including several of the undercarriage and suspension which prove the car has no corrosion and has never been in an accident. Please note ALL of the original labels and "chalk-markings" on the suspension and drive-line components from it"s final assembly are still there, remarkable. . The body of the car is very straight with absolutely no dings, dents or major scratching. There are several small blemishes in the finish such as some clear coat staining from bird-droppings (minimal, a half dozen small spots overall) and a few stone chips that can easily be perfected by anyone that has any sort of talent doing "paint-correction", I decided to leave it as I found it. As far as I can tell, the only repaint on the car is the on rear bumper cover and passenger door, both match perfectly and 99% of anyone looking at it would not notice but I am being overly-finicky so there are no disappointments. Glass is excellent, crystal clear all the way around. All trim, lights and lenses are excellent shape, some of the exterior moldings along the top of the doors and between the T-Tops show minimal aging but very respectable for original. Tires are older and replacing them is advisable if you are planning any sort of extensive driving, they hold air and look good though. Factory alloys are excellent and very clean, devoid of any chemical staining or major blemishing. The interior is very clean, the seats show minimal signs of aging but other than that the carpets, dash, console and door panels are in excellent original condition. Leather on the steering wheel is all intact, headliner, t-top inserts, etc all look very nice and the car was obviously garage kept as there is no "heat-beat", discoloration or warping in the dash, console, headliner, etc. The power windows, audio system, keyless entry, interior lighting etc all seem to be in good working order. The power antenna has power and does cycle, it even has the original antenna mast but as you know, the white "geared cable" inside gets brittle after 26 some odd years so it will need to be serviced. Mechanically the car feels strong. As I mentioned, it will need tires if you plan on doing any driving, that will improve the driving experience as well as making the car safe to really wind up and hit higher speeds. When I found the car, I had it towed in on a flat-deck, drained all of the old fuel, replaced the fuel pump and filter, did a full fluid change and added a new battery. The car runs well and drives well but really needs to have someon get out and "get on it". Turbos spool as they should and you can break the rear tires free at will in the first couple of gears, plenty powerful. Clutch feels good as does the gearbox. There are no warning lights on in the dash either. There will be very few opportunities to get into one of these moving forward, 25-30 year old Japanese sports cars are only rising in value, look at the 3000GT VR-4"s and don"t even get me started on Supra"s, S2000"s etc. This car has nearly everything going for it, condition, rarity, miles and history and should easily bring close to 30k at a collector car auction. I attended this years Barrett Jackson auction here in January and I wish I would have ran it, it would have done mid to high twenty money easily but after commissions and entry fee plus and ridiculous amount of time and preparation I felt I would be better off offering here on in hopes of finding a serious buyer that appreciates the car. I am pricing this car lower than many I have seen here online with double or triple the mileage and not even close to the spotless history or originality of this car so at just $18,900 I expect this car to move fairly quick. This is from my private collection so it will be sold privately, no dealer fees or taxes included on this one. I hold a notarized, clean, clear AZ title with BOX "A" mileage (actual mileage) and the title has no previous brands. Do not miss this one folks, you will kick yourself in a year or so from now when you won;t be able to touch one like this for near double the price. Please call me at (602)315-4055 with any questions or feel free to call for a transport quote, I am happy to assist with that. Thank you for looking at my 300ZX Twin Turbo.
