NOT A 1980 (had to enter that to get to accept the VIN, as this vehicle was not originally sold in America, so VIN does not conform to normal format. . 1993 is correct year)
Right hand drive classic Mini, imported from England. Easier to get used to shifting with your left hand than you might think.
Has been converted from the super-problematic, primitive factory fuel injection system to a tried and true carb setup. Carb needs to be tuned, right rear wheel cylinder has a slow leak, and exhaust system sounds as if it has a leak but I"m not sure where. Those are the only things I"m aware of that it needs, mechanically.
Paint is good, but not perfect, under the grime that has accumulated from sitting for a while.
Tires are a couple years old, but have very few miles on them.
Interior is basically perfect, as the car has very low original mileage.
A tree branch fell and damaged the hood, right fender, and fender flare.
Title is clean, but still in the seller"s name that I bought it from. I am working on getting the title transferred to my name in order to provide it, but NC is picky about certain details, so may only be able to provide a bill of sale.
Buyer must pick up within 7 days of auction close. Auction could be cancelled, as vehicle is also for sale locally.
