The time has come to part ways with my pride and joy. I am only the second owner, I purchased this 1993 RX7 from the original owner, and one of my best friends, in 1999. This car has been garage-kept in Southern California its entire life. The car currently has 86,6xx miles, but as I continue to enjoy this car, milage may increase slightly. I have the title in hand, and the car will come with a California smog certificate if one is required to complete the sale. The 1993 RX7 was Mazda"s answer to Nissan"s twin turbo 300ZX and Toyota"s Supra. Weighing in at only 2800 lbs and coaxing 255hp from a 1.3 liter wankel with sequential turbos, Mazda used lightweight and finesse to build a true drivers car. This particular RX7 is mostly original with a few tasteful modifications. The car has been lowered, has Racing Sport Akimoto exhaust, Hks turbo timer, HKS boost control and a Racing Akimoto intercooler. The engine was professionaly rebuilt at 46k miles. This vehicle shows well for its age and mileage, but as to be expected with a 25-year-old vehicle, it is not without its flaws. AC and heat are in good working order. Common to the Bose System in RX7"s, the factory original radio will intermittently stop working. Minor nicks, dents and scratches are present on the body as can be seen in detailed pictures. Damage on the vehicle is very minimal and hard to document on camera. Please note the paint chip on the hood. This car is adult-owned and has not been hacked as many of these cars have been over the years.
