These true 40th"s were all built with the following special options: Ruby red paint, Ruby 40th embossed leather, 40th badging on body, Ruby center caps, Sport seats, Bose CD, and it was the 1st year for the PKE ( passive keyless entry ). The original Ruby Red metallic finish sparkles as new. The entire body, convertible roof, window glass, lettering, rubber seals, and all other exterior features are in new condition. The sawblade wheels are sparkle clean and the original Goodyears GSC tires have near new tread. Always serviced with OEM parts and immaculately maintained. On the inside, the Ruby Red interior is showroom clean and still smells new The door panels, dash, carpet, center console, and displays etc. are immaculate. All of the interior buttons / switches ( power windows, door locks, antenna, PKE entry, cruise and lumbar s port seats ) work without issue. The Bose stereo CD / Cass. plays perfect. The undercarriage is as spotless too. Mechanically, it starts, idles and drives as a babied car should. All of the servicing is up to date - super cold a/c, belts, hoses, fluids all changed / maintained at the proper intervals, The engine compartment is show clean and it performs on all levels. Of course, the LT1 - 300hp. engine has exceptional performance on all levels, The 6 speed shifts butter soft, and with the FX3 suspension / handling pkg. you get a superior handling and driving experience.
