1992 Red Geo Metro Convertible :3 cylinder engine. This is our third Geo Metro Convertible project car and we just don’t have the time to finish it. Our daughter drove it daily for two years until she left for college. The engine runs but needs additional work that we have no time to identify and repair. This will make a great project car for any Geo lover. Title is listed as "salvage" simply because we had to apply for a new replacement title. Engine replaced with another Geo engine: actual miles visible on Odometer. All engine belts are new. New convertible top (has some plastic stuck to it from the car cover it was stored under, but it can be removed with some effort) Four new Tires New Brakes New Windshield and seal (If you are a Geo restorer you know that these are almost impossible to find for this car!) New carpet mats Comes with extra internal convertible top frame to replace the broken right arm on the existing frame. Right convertible arm (passenger side) needs replacing Comes with a replacement hood in excellent condition that can be easily painted(current hood is completely functional and in great shape but has a few rust spots where a tree limb hit it some years ago) Interior is original and in very good condition. Little to no rust on body Includes original Geo Metro Book. Comes with original key, jack, spare and lug wrench in its original bag. Includes Geo Metro Haynes repair manual. Has an air conditioner; not hooked up and needs charging. Needs speakers for the original radio that is still installed. A few sun-cracks on dash. Needs new Hydraulic Truck lid supports. We have a box with lots of trim and extras that we have picked up over the years as we restored these Geo Metro convertibles and are happy to add it to this sale.
