About this vehicle This 1991 GMC Sierra is a modified vehicle. The owner has had it for 3 years. The vehicle runs great and is used as a daily driver. Vehicle Details 1991 GMC Sierra K1500 4x4 Standard Cab 4.3L V-6 New Remanufactured Engine and Much More! Purchased at 297K miles, now has 316k. What I have done in that period: 1. New catalytic converter and throaty muffler 2. Replaced rear brake drums. 3. Replaced rear axle. 4. Replaced front seat belt. 5. Leveled the suspension, new rims and tires. 6. new rear tinted window. 7. Replaced pretty much every AC component. 8. Clutch: Slave, master and hydraulic line. 9. Replaced Engine at 306,952 miles with remanufactured Remanns engine. Also replaced: a. Heater core b. Intake manifold with a high performance Edlebrock intake manifold: Performer Intake Manifold Small Block Chevy 4.3L V6 TBI - JEGS High Performance c. Radiator d. Distributor e. Water pump 10. New turn signal switch and headlamp dimmer switch. 11. New alternator. 12. Rebuilt the front end: a. Lower Control arm bushings (Mevotech/AC Delco) b. Upper and lower ball joints (Moog/Mevotech) c. Tie rod ends (Mevotech) d. Idler arm (Moog) e. Pitman arm (AC Delco) f. CV Axles (Cardone) g. Stabilizer bar assembly h. Upper Control arms (Mevotech) 13. New Hammerhead bumper with fog lights. 14. New front brake hoses 15. New MAP sensor 16. New starter motor 17. New power steering pump and drive belt tensioner 18. New door handle bezel, door mirrors, LED dome light, door weatherstrip, front grill, door window seals 19. New oil Cooler lines I have interior parts to make the dash one color (it came as two-tone). I kept most of the original parts, so you can have those as well. Additionally, I was going to convert the keys from the standard 2 key (one for door, one for ignition) to one key for both. The ignition key has been installed, but the door mechanisms have not. I have the parking brake release handle, but have not installed. As you can see there is a lot that has been done to this truck. Everything works, no leaks, it is ready to go for someone who wants to take it as is or finish the cosmetic work. Known issues: Needs a new A/C blower motor. I replaced pretty much every other part in the A/C so everything works, but the blower motor bearings are going so it is noisy Brake light stays on when parking brake is released. Needs a new parking brake assembly to correct, but it doesn’t affect parking brake at all. Slight bit of rust by the door handle on the passenger side. Otherwise, not rust issues at all.
