This car is in amazing overall condition for the year. The 5.0L engine runs and drives excellent. The car only has 27,987 actual miles on it. It has been in the same family since it had 17053 miles on it in 1992. It has been very well maintained and preserved over the years. No rust or dents on the body and the under-body is very clean. It has never been undercoated so you can see how good of shape it"s in, (see photos)
The only things that I"m aware of that it NEEDS are:
The OVERDRIVE is currently not working and I"m not sure why. It drives and shifts fine in DRIVE shifter position. It still runs at fairly low RPM of approximately 2000rpm at about 60mph (see photo of speedo/tach display while driving), and does fine for local city driving and short trips. Not having the overdrive will mainly effect the gas mileage and limits top end speed.
The A/C needs to be re-charged with freon.
It will need a new exhaust system soon.
A dash light is showing "Low Coolant" but it is not low on coolant.
This is a very rare find to find a car with this low of mileage and in this good of condition.
Car is being sold as-is.
Full payment is due within 3 days of auction end by bank certified check. All funds must clear our bank before the car and Title are released. Banks may put a hold on such checks for approx. 5 days. Car would need to be picked up with 14 days of auction ending. Any shipping arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
