The truck is finished in black and powered by a 3.0-liter M104 inline-six paired with automatic transmission and a full-time four-wheel-drive system with locking front, center, and rear differentials. The bodywork is finished in black with textured black plastic trim and color-keyed bumpers. Later style taillamps with clear turn signal lenses are fitted, and the truck is equipped with a rear window wiper and a trailer hitch mounted under the rear bumper. AMG 20? wheels are fitted with Michelin tires. The truck is equipped with tinted rear windows, and a spare wheel and tire are protected by a polished cover. The cabin is upholstered in black cloth/ leather with matching carpets and veneers on the center stack, dash, and door panels. The truck is equipped with heated front seats, front armrests, rear headrests, a leather-wrapped steering wheel rim, and heat insulating window glass. The range selector for the four-wheel-drive system is located at the rear of the center console, and switches for the front, rear, and center differential locks are located above the HVAC controls. Factory instrumentation includes a 180-km/h speedometer, 7k-rpm tachometer with nested clock, and fuel, temperature, and oil pressure gauges. 145k kilometers (~90k miles) are shown on the mechanical odometer. The 3.2L M104/ inline-six was rated at 185 horsepower and 173 lb-ft of torque when new, and sends drive to all four wheels via automatic transmission and dual-range transfer case.
