Above the center vents and the glove box, some upholstery has naturally lifted up because of intense heat and sunlight. The tachometer works but it's very inaccurate, the light for the needle on the speedometer burned out but still works. Vehicle Details 1990 Lexus LS400 finished in Flint Gray Pearl. Car is in great condition. Lexus is Toyota's luxury division so the car is extremely reliable and durable, as Toyota is very well known for making very reliable and invincible cars, this one being no exception. With 58,278 miles on the odometer, the car is pretty much in the break-in period still; it can do well over 300K miles with proper maintenance. Spent most of its life in Maryland before ending up in Florida in 2018, the car came back to Maryland when I bought it. No rust underneath the car. Car's odometer stopped rolling at 58,278 in 2016. Car approximately has around 64K miles. Car was involved in an accident on the left rear door in Florida in 2015, but door was replaced, car has no other serious damage. Climate control works; heat blows hot and A/C blows cold. Comes with aftermarket Pioneer stereo, but will sell factory Nakamichi stereo with car. Stereo has AM/FM Radio, CD and DVD player and Bluetooth audio with microphone located on ceiling above driver seat. Comes with heated seats and TRAC traction control system; both work. Steering wheel column has electronic tilt but manual oscillation. All cloth seats other, both front seats move electronically; drivers seat and thigh rest moves up and down and has lumbar support. Comes with sunroof that opens, closes and tilts perfectly. 4.0L V8 codenamed 1UZ-FE is extremely healthy and smooth, Lexus famously showed a commercial of an LS400 balancing 15 wine glasses on the hood while driving 145 mph on a dyno. The engine produces 250 hp and 260 ft-lb of torque. 0-60 is around 8.4 seconds and the top speed is 149 mph. The 4 speed Aisin automatic transmission shifts very smooth and is proven to be bulletproof. Maintenance is all up to date; oil changed recently, new battery, A/C recharged, no serious issues with the car besides the minor problems in the interior. Exterior Finished in Flint Gray Pearl Interior Steering wheel finish chipped due to high exposure to sunlight, parts in dashboard are stressed due to sunlight.
