Vehicle description
1989 Mercedes Benz 560SL. Triple black. Garage kept and covered. Fresh body work, undercoating and paint. Original motor and interior. Just serviced, runs very well. Odometer currently not working. Odometer at 68,552 miles. Driven less than 50 miles since paint job. Soft top has been stowed for years. Replaced years ago. Unsure of it"s condition. Comes with hardtop, which was not painted, only cleaned and waxed. AC just converted to 134A. Tires have been on the car for a while. I have owned the car since 2005. Purchased it on Ebay from a dealership in Florida. Had approximately 64,314 miles on it when I received it. I have driven the car less than 5,000 miles in 14 years. There are a couple of small nicks and scratches since paint job and some small cracks in the console veneer. There is a small area at the right front quarter panel above of the headlight trim where the paint has a couple of small bumps to it (barely noticeable). Also, the convertible deck lid is missing the gasket material where it meets the back lid in a couple of small spots. Driver"s seat is worn on side seatback. One of the battery cover secure brackets is broken. Comes with past emissions tests (historic tags now on the car, not requiring testing), most service records and paint and body work receipt. Car looks great. I have tried to be as honest as possible in the car"s description. I am reluctant to sell, however, I really don"t drive the car enough to justify keeping it. I will consider all offers. Buyer responsible for delivery from Maryland. $14,500.00. Or best offer. Thanks
