I purchased this car from the nephew of the original owner who passed away. I collect cars and have mostly stock original cars. This car has 2,897 miles on it but because I cannot for 100% certain say it does I am listing it with 102,897. The reason I bought it was because it is in such perfect shape but because I couldn’t prove the miles I could add a little customization without worrying about keeping her original but having a perfect 1989 Mustang that I didn’t need to worry about rust / accidents etc. So I would encourage you to see her for yourself and make your own judgement call, either way 102 or 2 she is in perfect shape, no issues, always maintained, never in any sort of bad weather, a basic car cruising beast.
